Mum and Bub yoga is a fun filled 4-week course that combines postnatal yoga with gentle baby asana! Stretch and strengthen yourself with poses designed for the postnatal body and to counteract the typical aches that accompany having a newborn (sore neck anyone?) while learning activities that can help your baby with their development. Mum and Bub yoga fosters the bond between you and your baby, while also providing the opportunity to get to know other local mamas. All you need is yourself, your baby, a blanket for your baby to lie on and your yoga mat (but if you forget your mat or don't have one don't stress, I always have spares!). This class is suitable for babies from whenever you are ready to join the class, but usually from around six weeks, until they are confidently crawling.
