Great for baby

Baby yoga is all about using songs, smiles and touch to gently stretch and strengthen your baby's body. We'll encourage your baby's natural development through tummy time, assisted standing and relaxing massage that you can practice with them at home. Other benefits for baby include: 

  • Helps digestion and tummy troubles

  • Promotes good alignment of the spine and joints 

  • Enhances baby's proprioceptive awareness (awareness of their body) 

  • Just the right amount of stimulation, helping to foster better sleep at naptimes and at night.

Mum and Baby yoga classes are packed full of gentle postnatal asana to strengthen and stretch you out in all the right places. It's also a chance to connect with lovely local mamas who are going through the same journey as you. Just a few other benefits for mamas include: 

  • Deep core and pelvic floor strengthening 

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to use whenever you need a moment

  • Uninterrupted time to focus on your baby, which is great especially if you have older children

  • ​A safe space to relax and have fun.
