
Nice to meet you!
I'm Emily and I've been practicing yoga for over ten years. I've attended classes all over the place and I'm super passionate about yoga and its benefits. I completed my teacher training and pregnancy yoga specialist training in 2024.
Other than yoga, you'll usually see me out for trail runs or walks in the woods with my two little bug-a-lugs in tow. I love forests, reading, writing, being cosy by a fire or snuggled in a blanket on a windswept coastline.
If it feels good, it's right.
My style of yoga is what feels natural to you. We all have completely different bodies, and how my body looks in a yoga pose might be completely different to yours. As long as you're getting a lovely stretch in the right place and it feels great, that's all that matters.
There's also no pressure for you to do any pose that you're not sure about. If you want to spend my class lying in savasana, or simply sitting and focusing on your breathing, that's absolutely fine. My classes are a little slice of time for you to enjoy yourself, whatever that looks like.
Other than that, you can expect music, essential oils and a different focus in my class each week.
